All sensitive information in Don Divin is password protected. Information can only be accessed by individuals with assigned privileges controlled by the Host Society can instantaneously revoke or revise a user's assigned roles.
Disclosure
The Host Society for the specific the specific event is the sole owner of the information stored by the instance of Don Divin belonging to that event. The Host Society can transfer ownership of the information.
Cookies Don Divin uses cookies to register the user's prefered settings. If the users browser is set up to avoid cookies Don Divin will still function but will use the default settings every time the user enters the systems.
